میزان آگاهی و عملکرد مدیران مدارک پزشکی نسبت به حیطه های مدیریت در بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی ایران در مورد انگیزه فعالیت آنان در دانشگاه، 1380

Knowledge and performance of medical record managers has been considered by many researches. This research was conducted to evaluate the knowledge and performance of l1edical record managers of hospitals affiliated with Tehran, Beheshti and Iran universities f medical sciences (2000). The research was a cross-sectional sutdy in nature. The study population was 45 ~ical record managers of hospitals affiliated with Tehran, Shahid Beheshti and Iran versities of medical sciences, that 34 were cooperated. A questionnaire and a checklist e used as research instruments. To analyze the data, each question was assigned a score the knowledge and performance of each unit was calculated and compared. le knowledge level of the managers was 56% and the performance level was 68% of )tal score. The resutls showed that there is a significant relationship between ~dge and performance of medical records managers. findings of the study reveal that the knowledge and performance of medical record rs are low. It seems necessary to educate the managers for improving their ge and performance.
